You can expect to learn a lot about both yourself AND your son/daughter. There are 3 main themes that all of these topics fall under:

This theme focuses on understanding and navigating the complex dynamics and difficult behaviors that moms often encounter with their defiant adult kids. It covers topics such as toxic behavior, dealing with disrespect, detachment, and the process of letting go. Strategies will be taught to handle manipulation, address resentment, and embrace parental responsibilities. Additionally, the theme explores topics like comparison, enabling patterns, personal identity, betrayal, trust, communication, emotional abuse, and setting healthy boundaries to create more positive and healthier dynamics in relationships.
Self-Exploration and Personal Growth:
Empowering moms to embark on a journey of self-exploration and personal growth is the goal of this theme. Moms will be encouraged to reflect on their identities and values beyond their roles as parents. The theme helps them understand and cope with common emotions such as judgment, worry, grief, fear, embarrassment, and mom guilt.
